Unfortunately this commit das a lot which was not really seperatable:

* Reorganize app structure into functional independent bits instead of domain specific bits, to respect the least-interdependence pattern
* Add an APIModelViewSet base class which is capable of embedding related resources
* Reset migrations, as in this early project stage it's still possible and way easier due to the reorganization
* Introduce Place model and a DB Router for a seperate OSM Database
